Does Vintage Watch Ads sell reprints?
No, all our Vintage Watch Advertisements are 100% authentic. We do not sell reprints or reproductions. All our advertisements are handpicked from original magazine’s.
Is it possible to buy an unframed advertisement?
No, we sell all the advertisements in a high quality museum grade aluminium frame with anti reflective (1%) and UV protective (70%) glass. When you have a request for other framing please get in touch with us.
Can Vintage Watch Ads source an specific advertisement for me?
When you are looking for an specific advertisement that you can not find on our website, or you see one that is sold out. Reach out to us. We are happy on working to source an specific ad for you.
Delivery
When will my order be shipped?
Ones you have placed the order we will frame the advertisement. We will make sure your advertisement is wrapped perfectly to not be damaged during transport. We will send out your package between 5 and 7 days after your order is placed.
What are the shipping costs?
We do charge 15€ for shipping inside the EU and 30€ for shipping outside the EU. It is possible that you need to pay additional taxes when your shipping address is outside the EU. Be aware of this before you place an order.
Returns
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, it is possible to return your order within 30 days after you received it. The shipping costs for returning the product will not be compensated. After we received the product we will check if it is the same condition as it was send to you and we will return your money within 5 weekdays.
What if my product is damaged during transport?
Sorry, we always make sure that our products are wrapped carefully but it can happen that the transport company dropped it or by some other reason it is damaged. You can send us the advertisement back and we will reframe the advertisement and send it back to you. Or you can re-frame it yourself and we will compensate the costs up to 50 euro.
